Thanks to all that were able to attend our annual meeting today. I will compile the minutes in the weeks ahead and issue with the proposed 2020 schedule.
My thanks are extended to:-
Drew for undertaking the website duties and other tasks.
Susan for correlating the run attendance spreadsheet data over the year.
Jim for providing the additional equipment for the presentation today & support to Drew in the background. Maria for organising the venue who allowed us the room for our meeting for the cost of a very nice lunch in return.
For those not able to attend the next venue, have a happy Christmas when it comes and we look forward to seeing you in 2020.

Congratulations to Hugh & Karine for taking the “most events attended trophy” during 2019. Joint winners to this were Drew & Alison Ness and Ian Ness achieving a similar 15 event total, with Hugh & Karine being awarded the cup, perhaps on the grounds of most events with “roof down” regardless of the weather! Well done.

Big thanks to all for organising the AGM/Planning Meeting. I will need to buy Karine a new tin of Duraglit to keep the trophy gleaming.

I handed the raffle proceeds cheque over to Volunteering Matters today with instructions for it to be used for an event for the kids on the Clackmannanshire Befriending Project. They are absolutely delighted and will send me a photo of the handover soon, which I'll forward to Raymond for sending round. Thanks again!
